Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone. You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be subject to our return policy.

5. Delivery Policy

• We aim to deliver within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery charges vary by area and will be displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier.
